- WARNING! Inspect carefully before each use. Pull the soother in all directions. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN 12586. Never attach other ribbons or cords to a soother, your child can be strangled by them. Do not leave a soother in direct sunlight or near a source of heat. Always monitor the baby when using a soother. Teats produced from natural rubber latex can provide an allergic reaction to some children. Do not use a soother that has changed color or presents irregularities. A natural rubber latex teat can expand slightly when used. DO NOT PANIC; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Before first use sterilize the soother by putting it into boiling water for 5 minutes. Do not use cleaning products or dishwasher as it will break down the teat. Never dip the teat in sweet substances or medication, your child may get tooth decay. Renew the soother after using it for 4-6 weeks for safety and hygiene reasons. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible.
