we want you to be happy with your tummy time purchase! here are answers to common questions about our return and refund process.

general returns

what is tummy time's return policy window?

we have a 30-day return policy. this means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

what makes an item eligible for return?

to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

how do i start a return?

you can start a return in two ways:

  1. use the self-serve returns option in your customer account.
  2. contact us directly at hello@tummytime.ch.
where do i send my return?

once your return is accepted, you'll send your item to:

please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

return shipping costs

who pays for return shipping within switzerland and liechtenstein?

we've got you covered! we offer free returns for all orders shipped within switzerland and liechtenstein. once your return is accepted, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

who pays for international return shipping costs?

at this time, customers outside of switzerland and liechtenstein are responsible for international return shipping fees. original shipping fees paid for international orders are also non-refundable.

exchanges

does tummy time offer product exchanges?

we don't offer direct product exchanges. the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if accepted) and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

damages & issues

what should i do if my order arrives damaged or i receive the wrong item?

please inspect your order immediately upon reception. if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@tummytime.ch. we'll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

non-returnable items (exceptions)

are there any items i cannot return?

yes, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • sale items
  • gift cards

refunds

how will i know if my refund is approved?

once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval status of your refund.

how long does it take to receive my refund?

if approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

what if i haven't received my refund after 15 business days?

if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@tummytime.ch for assistance.
