Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options with Swiss Post. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Currently, we only ship within Switzerland and, Liechtenstein.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or via Swiss Post.
Returns & Refund
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened items. Please visit our Returns page for more details on how to process a return.
To initiate a return, you can either use the self-serve returns in your customer account or contact us. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.
We do not offer product exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
