Yes, in Switzerland and Liechtenstein: standard shipping is free from CHF 65, and bulky items ship free from CHF 2000. All details are in our shipping policy.

we offer standard and express shipping options with swiss post. shipping costs and delivery times depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose.

Not for now: we deliver to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Ordering a gift from abroad? You can order from anywhere, as long as the delivery address is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

we ship within 1 business day. in switzerland and liechtenstein, priority arrives the next business day and economy in 2 to 3 business days. delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. for all the details, check out our shipping policy!

Once your order ships, you get an email. Parcels come with a tracking number you can follow on the Swiss Post website. Small items may be sent as a letter, which has no tracking.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, free in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In the EU and EEA, your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies too. Details are in our refund policy.

Use "withdraw from contract here" in the footer, open your order in your customer account, or email us. We don't do direct exchanges: return the item and place a new order.

You have a 2-year statutory warranty from delivery. Write to us with your order number and a photo; we repair, replace or refund it and pay the shipping.
