yes, to qualify for the small goods international shipping rates, packages must adhere to the following size restrictions:
- maximum dimensions: length + width + height = max. 90 cm, with no single dimension exceeding 60 cm.
- for tubes/rolls: length + twice the diameter = max. 104 cm, with length not exceeding 90 cm.
customs, duties, and taxes for international orders
no, orders shipped within switzerland are not subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.
all international orders are shipped dap (delivered at place). this means that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. we highly recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges before placing your order.
order tracking & delivery issues
once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.
