We ship all orders via Swiss Post.

  • PostPac Economy:
    • Up to 2kg: CHF 7.00, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
    • Up to 10kg: CHF 10.00, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
    • Up to 30kg: CHF 19.00, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
  • PostPac Priority:
    • Up to 2kg: CHF 9.00, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
    • Up to 10kg: CHF 12.00, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
    • Up to 30kg: CHF 21.00, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
  • Swiss-Express "Moon":
    • Up to 2kg: CHF 17.00, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
    • Up to 10kg: CHF 23.00, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
    • Up to 30kg: CHF 29.00, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.

Free Standard shipping (PostPac Economy) on orders over CHF 65.00.

 

• Bulky Goods:
  • From 30kg to 200kg: CHF 79.00, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
  • From 200kg: CHF 99.00, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

Free shipping on orders over CHF 2000.00.

 

• Small Goods:
  • Small Consignment Economy:
    • Up to 100g: CHF 3.00, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
    • Up to 500g: CHF 3.20, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
  • Small Consignment Priority:
    • Up to 100g: CHF 3.40, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
    • Up to 500g: CHF 3.70, estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. Our international shipments are managed through Swiss Post’s services, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries.

 

Shipping Zones and Rates

Swiss Post categorizes international destinations into two primary zones:

• Zone 1: Europe

This zone includes all European countries.

• Zone 2: Rest of the World

This zone encompasses all countries outside of Europe.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are VAT-exempt.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Zone 1: Europe: Approximately 3–7 business days.

• Zone 2: Rest of the World: Approximately 6–15 business days.

Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

 

Packaging and Dimensions

To qualify for small goods shipping rates, packages must adhere to the following size restrictions:

• Maximum Dimensions: Length + width + height = max. 90 cm, with no single dimension exceeding 60 cm.

• For Tubes/Rolls: Length + twice the diameter = max. 104 cm, with length not exceeding 90 cm.

Shipping Confirmation

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact Swiss Post or reach out to our customer service at hello@tummytime.ch.
• In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tummytime.ch with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Customs Duties and Taxes

• Orders shipped within Switzerland are not subject to additional customs fees.
• All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.
