we ship from switzerland, near zurich, with swiss post. orders usually leave within 1 business day. economy delivery in switzerland takes 2 to 3 business days, priority arrives the next business day.
standard shipping in switzerland and liechtenstein is free from CHF 65. below that, economy shipping starts at CHF 7.50. for now, we deliver to switzerland and liechtenstein only.
yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and with tags where possible. returns from switzerland and liechtenstein are free with a prepaid label. a few items can't be returned, such as opened pacifiers or care products. all details are in our refund policy.
